Requests everywhere
Texts, emails, sticky notes. I put every request in one place, so nothing slips and everyone can see where things stand.
I automate the mundane stuff: requests lost in texts and email, info typed into three places, the spreadsheet someone dreads every Friday. Your people get their time back for work that needs a person, with fewer mistakes and lower costs. No hourly billing.
What I fix
Texts, emails, sticky notes. I put every request in one place, so nothing slips and everyone can see where things stand.
Projects and know-how live in people's heads and inboxes. I set up the systems they belong in, organized so anyone can find things and see who's on what.
Your systems don't talk to each other. I connect them so it's entered once, and nothing gets mistyped along the way.
The weekly report, the data entry, the after-hours calls. I automate the repetitive parts, so they're done right every time and your people get their hours back.

Their help desk was an old tool, and requests were piling up.
I replaced it with one system the whole company now uses to ask for help.

saved on finding subcontractors
Recruiting subcontractors in a new market meant searching by hand and emailing them one at a time.
I built a pipeline that found them, pulled their contact details, grouped them by metro area and sent each company a personalized email. Launching a new market took four commands.

How it works
You tell me what's eating your time. No charge, no pitch deck.
What you get, what “done” means, and the price.
You see it working before you pay for it.
A walkthrough for the people who'll use it, plus notes they can come back to. Or, if you'd rather, I keep it running for you.
The deal
I don't get paid until the work is done and working. Bigger jobs get split into stages, each with a price agreed up front, and you pay as each one is finished.
You're not paying by the hour to maybe get a result.
You talk to the person doing the work, with no agency markup on top.
I use AI to help me build faster, and I still test it, write it down and hand it over properly.
If something I built breaks within 90 days of handover, I fix it free. That covers my work, not changes to other systems or new requests.
Final terms are set in each project's written agreement.
About
I've spent my career on the operations side of IT: running service desks, automating the work nobody wants to do by hand, and keeping the systems a business depends on running smoothly. Springhill Solutions brings that experience to your team.
Working with family-owned businesses is personal for me. I grew up around my father's, and I know firsthand what it takes to keep one running.
You work with me directly, from the first call to the finished system and beyond. No hand-offs, no account managers, just one person who knows your setup and cares that it works.
Book a free 30-minute call. Tell me what's eating your time, and I'll tell you straight whether it's worth automating, roughly what it would take and what it would cost. If the honest answer is “don't bother,” you'll hear that too.
